P.S. 159 is a unique learning environment that offers each student an opportunity to explore and develop their individual academic and social identities.  Our collaborative school culture focuses on creating a safe, nurturing and educationally stimulating environment for all students.  Through our commitment to standards based instruction and the values of a multi-ethnic, democratic society, our dedicated school staff works diligently to provide our students with multi-tiered supports with an emphasis on both academics and Social Emotional Learning.
